These studs are meant to be used on public roads, where allowed, and in motorsport competitions, in compliance with competition rules.
Svezia and Montecarlo injectable double flange studs are different by the original screw-in Bestgrip studs. The new injectable studs do not have the thread, but a double flange design. The first flange is at the bottom of the stud, while the second flange is thinner and placed in a specific position so that the stud hooks to the rubber of the tyres.
Because of the peculiar shape of these studs, a stud gun is needed to inject the stud into the hole in the tyres.
